Gd afternoon readies!! Cuzzie, i hope u don't mind me using your greeting. =) Oke back to myself. As u know i went to Bali on 05-05-05 and came back a few days ago which is on Wed. It was oke la but i think its a trip better off goin with friends. why? Before i state down the reasons i should say that everything has it's pros and cons ya!

Oke..firstly as u know, parents is always on a rush in everything when on a trip. So everything u do, they'll ask u to hurry up because there won't be enough time to go other places. U know those kind of stuff. Secondly, go sight seeing at boring places where my siblings have no interest in. Thirdly, parents have thier own hotel room to themselves and the rest of us(which is 5 of us to be exact) in one room. 2 single bed and 1 extra bed. Hah cramp!

Its oke to me urh. I mean they dont want to waste any time coz we are only staying for 5 days. But the good thing goin with parents is that they got money. Food, transportation and hotels are all covered. Thats the good thing urh.

Oke lets talk abt the trip. Our flight was on SQ. The hotel we stayed at was Grand Hyatt Bali(4days 3nights) at Nusa Dua and Bali Hyatt(3days 2nights) at Kuta. I prefered staying at Grand Hyatt coz the rooms were bigger. We got connection rooms btw. We basically ate Nasi Padang everyday coz it doesnt contain pork. We went sight seeing to a temple, terraced padi field, mountains to view at the beautiful sceneries ard the volcano, hot spring that gives out sulphur which smells like longkang(those who went to the mt. kinabalu trip shld know. LOL!!!), Dreamland which is actually a beach with topless women and surfer dudes everywhere, Tanah Lot to watch the sunset but it was disappointing coz it was cloudy, watch Kecak and thats all i think.

Ofcoz there was a little bit of shopping here and there but the best would be at Kuta coz my God theres alot of surf shops there. Star Surf, The Curl, Planet surf and many many more urh. So my sisters n i jus bought stuff that are not in SG yet. Brands like Rusty n Insight. But it was a rushing one so we werent that satisfied. We got tons of stickers. And sorry..no sourvenirs. There are clubs too. Heard from a friend, the good clubs are M-Bar-Go(house music), Paddy's(hiphop n r&b) and Apache(Reggae). Planned to go M-Bar-Go but we were all tired after goin to many places the whole day.

The pools in the hotel are great...hot jacuzzi, cold pool(7-12degree), man-made waterfall, slides and many2 more. The beach.. OMG!!!! It was superb!! The waves are way way wayyyyyy better than Sg's wave yang setakat 5 inchi tinggi. LoL! But one thing i notice was the taste of the saltiness of the sea water is very diff. Hah!

Overall..it was oke. Like i said, its better goin off with friends even if it was a budget travel. Wahh so long! Hah!
